I had shoulder pain due to slip and fall on ice last December. I couldn't play tennis for few weeks. I went to My Physio Sport in Woodbridge. The physiotherapist Mrs Parul Chauhan treated my shoulder for 9 sessions and she also shown me new exercises with videos every week, my shoulder is fine now and I can play tennis without pain. I excersice my shoulder every day. Thank you Mrs Parul Chauhan. You did amazing job. Thinh Le

We had a fantastic experience! Caner, the chiropractor, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to create personalized treatment plans for both of us. Highly qualified team. Dr.Caner improved my posture, spine and neck alignment. His technic is gentle and effective. Mr. Derek and Mr. Tony are working over my tight and sore muscles with very good results. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this clinic. From the initial consultation, the chiropractor (Caner) was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my concerns and explain the treatment approach clearly. I’ve been a client for a few years now, and Derek, Carol, Josie and Tony have all provided excellent services and treatment. Laser therapy, RF, and acupuncture have helped me to manage better chronic knee and hand/thumb joint pain. Carol and Derek provide a high level of knowledge and expertise. Carol has been treating my son for joint pain issues and core strengthening to help manage and support a rigorous sports training schedule. His progress has been so tremendous, that I have sought treatment with Carol for a lower back injury with a focus on core strengthening for prevention and improved posture. Josie is so kind and positive to speak with for scheduling and provides seamless services to ensure nothing is missed for an excellent customer experience. Tony provides excellent massage therapy services and listens to areas of need for appropriate treatment and recovery. An amazing team here that will not disappoint!

I was very happy with my experience, from Josie who always made sure you were comfortable and Derek, an excellent listener, who helped me through my pain and made a great improvement. He also provided a plan for me to continue improving and stay pain free on my own. The emailed stretches and exercise videos were instrumental in providing me with the confidence to continue my improvements on my own. The clinic was clean, welcoming and highly recommended.

I have had a really positive experience at this physio clinic! I first saw Derek for ongoing leg pain and biomechanical issues, and he was extremely helpful in identifying what was going on and explaining everything clearly. Later, I worked with Caner, who helped me with orthotics and is continuing to correct those biomechanical issues. Both Derek and Caner were very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. What stood out most to me was how much they genuinely seemed to care. They always took the time to make sure I understood the treatment plan, answered my questions, and followed up to see how I was doing. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, professional care.

I've been coming to Physiotherapy @ Woodbridge for the past eight months to address a chronic condition—pain that began in my right shoulder and radiated up into my traps and down my spine. I’ve been working with Derek and Carol—who are both absolutely amazing—and their assistant Josie, who is fantastic as well. Derek, I believe, owns the business, and the care and attention they’ve provided has made such a difference. My pain has significantly improved, and I can’t recommend them enough!
